MAPP (My Anti-corruption Policy and Procedures) is Pfizer’s compliance platform designed to uphold the company’s commitment to ethical business practices and adherence to global anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and supporting robust, scalable, and secure Appian applications that support critical business processes across the enterprise. This role serves as an experienced hands-on Appian developer, delivering solutions that align with enterprise standards, performance expectations, and security frameworks under the guidance of the Pfizer development lead. The position requires solid, hands-on proficiency in Appian platform capabilities—including process models, interfaces, rules, data design, integrations, and modern low‑code patterns—and sound judgment in applying established best practices to create maintainable, future‑proof solutions. In addition to hands‑on development, this role contributes to design discussions, and stays current with new Appian features and industry trends to support continuous improvement
In this role, you will need to work collaboratively with individuals across teams and functions to achieve the business outcomes.

- Implement Appian components: SAIL interfaces, process models, rules/expressions, Records, CDTs, Web APIs, reports, and integrations

- Perform unit testing and code reviews; validate security roles and data access; fix defects proactively.
- Assist with performance tuning and troubleshooting using logs, performance dashboards, and Appian Health Check prior to release
- Support packaging and promotion of applications across environments with Appian deployment tooling/Admin Console; contribute to release notes and rollback plans
- Support release coordination with QA/DevOps and stakeholders; ensure compliance with quality and security gates in Agile increments.
